Cornelia Zagat Eland and Mark Blumenfeld partnered in 2014. The duo has sold a significant number of properties from FiDi to Greenwich Village, and extensively on the Upper East and West Sides. Before joining Compass, Cornelia was a founding broker of Stribling & Associates. For over 40 years, she has been one of Manhattan's top producing brokers, profiled as one of the "10 women who rule the residential real estate industry."
Cornelia and Mark are both native New Yorkers living on the Upper East Side. They work seven days a week and pride themselves on making each client feel as if they were the team’s only client.
